a mental health /neurodiversity advocate, crafter, gamer, wifey, mummy to an amazing neurodivergent little boy called Isaiah aka Izzy - my main inspiration for what I do.

I create feel-good products for busy minds like mine and yours.

I have an ADHD brain and Izzy has ASD so we've had to learn to navigate life differently. That means trying to look after myself and Izzy whilst avoiding burnout and not losing the plot haha..
