All our handcrafted products are made to order with love and care. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During busy times, such as holidays, processing may take up to 7-14 business days. Please note this is just a guideline at the moment. We do aim to process orders quicker.

• Clothing: Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry for best results.

• Mugs: Hand wash recommended to keep designs vibrant.
